Payment and Shipping
Upon purchasing from StitchedByInga, kindly use your first name and surname as the payment reference. We will dispatch your order promptly once your payment is confirmed in our account. For online orders, our delivery timeline is estimated at 7 – 10 working days. We appreciate your patience and strive to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
At StitchedByInga, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to offer you peace of mind and ensure a fair process.
Returns:
- Should you wish to return an item, please do so within 7 days of receipt. Returns must be sent to our physical address: 78 Rose Street, Florida, 1709, South Africa, via a reputable courier service.
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with all its packaging and tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way.
- Please include your tracking number and banking details in your email to orders@stitchedbyinga.co.za and CC info@stitchedbyinga.co.za to facilitate the refund process.
Exchanges:
- If you prefer to exchange an item, we are happy to do so within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- When requesting an exchange, please follow the same procedure as for returns, specifying the new item you wish to receive.
Refunds:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
General Terms:
- StitchedByInga reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
