    1. How do I place a custom order?

    To place a custom order, please visit our Custom Request page, fill out the form with your details, and upload any images or sketches of your design. Our team will review your submission and contact you to discuss the next steps. Alternatively, email, orders@stitchedbyinga.co.za with a comprehensive brief of what you would like, sketches, or photo references, along with your deadline.

    2. What is your return policy?

    We accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

    Custom made items are not eligible for returns due to their personalised nature. For
    more information, please visit our returns & exchanges page.

    3. How long does it take to receive a custom order?

    The time it takes to complete a custom order varies depending on the complexity of the design and current workload. Typically, custom orders are completed within 2-4 weeks. For weddings, we need 3 – 5 months’ notice. We'll provide a more accurate timeline once your design is finalised.

    4. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

    5. How can I track my order?

    Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or on WhatsApp. Use this number on our website to track your order's progress.

    6. How do I care for my StitchedByInga garment?

    Care instructions vary by fabric and design. Please refer to the care label on your garment for specific instructions. Generally, we recommend hand washing or dry cleaning for most of our pieces to preserve their quality and longevity.

    7. Can I visit your studio?

    Yes, we welcome visits to our Johannesburg studio by appointment. Please visit our booking page to schedule your visit.
